Role Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to meet company objectives, including website traffic growth, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Manage all digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize performance and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with overall business goals.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, and recommend innovative strategies to drive results.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists to ensure high-quality execution of marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in digital marketing, with at least 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track and measure performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
