Responsibilities:
- Assign tasks and manage project timelines.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications:
- Diploma in a Business-related field.
- Need to continuously refine their recruitment methods to attract top talent.
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information is an ethical practice.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
